I began this series last summer and I'm really loving this process....quick....gestural...a sketch quality to it....definitely a study leading to something.....maybe larger in scale.....doing research and seeing where this takes me.....I don't always follow a direct path to finishing work.....I like the winding and unfolding of inspiration.....no rush....

Survey of Contemporary Encaustic Exhibition Catalog

I exhibited work earlier this year in a show titled Survey of Contemporary Encaustic, curated by Mat Gleason at the Chaffey Community Museum of Art in Ontario CA.
